XGL ON DELL D610 !!!!!!!!

Im so exited!!! i managed to install XGL in SuSE 10.1 on a dell D610 Laptop!! A friend and I worked all day yesterday and all this morning to get it working but at last we did it!!! It looks amazing!! seeing it life is a completely diferent experience vs seeing it on video... it has to be felt... how ti moves how it behaves.... I will take some screenshots to post them on my flickr account but that will be the next week... i will spend this weekend installing it on my desktop (easy one, SuSE 10.1, intel graphics chipset) an on my laptop (Hard Task! Ubuntu 6.06 LTS alias Dapper Drake with  ATI graphics... ouch... ATI)
I'll let you know latter about the results on my task... bye!!!!

linux distros madness

Hola mis fieles lectores... (si es que tengo alguno). han pasado muchas cosas interesantes en estos ultimos dias....Dapper Drake sigue portandose igual de bien.. como si lo hubiera instalado hoy mismo... lol.. y por fin me estoy prestando para costomizar un poco su look(vean)

en otras noticias no muy buenas... my hermano parece que esta perdiendo su interes en linux.... no lo usa desde hace como una semana... esta usando windows, pero se sigue quejando de su horrible rendimiento... ahora digo yo... de ue te quejas entonces???? vio y comprobo la superioridad de linux, lo uso y vio lo facil que era... pero aun asi no lo usas y prefiere quedarse peleando y quejandose de windows!!!! quien los entiende???
